1. Operation hours
- Mon to Sat - 6.00 AM to 3 PM & 4 PM to 10.00 PM | Sunday - 9.00 AM to 12.00 Noon & 6 PM to 9 PM
- We serve 24 hours with dedicated number for in-house guests/clients. once booking confirmed, we forward the dedicated number.
2. Communication
- Please allow us to reply 3 to 72 hours. We may require time to check availability with concern service provider.
- If we are not replied, you can consider as your enquiry / requirement may not be able to serve / fulfill by us presently. Reason may be cost or availability or out of service area issue.
- sometimes your mail may come to spam folder, once sent mail please inform us via phone for quick acts.
- Please take time to read our mail completely and reply to us for clarification or confirmation.
- Please revert us as soon as possible of receiving our mail to confirm / cancel the query. we unable to hold the queries with same rate for longtime and we unable to accept last moment confirmation due to availability and rate variation issues.
- All request and additional requirements should converse via email, sms or WhatsApp only.
3. Confirmation
- All bookings confirmed with proper advance (25% for vehicles, 50% for package, 100% for tickets, hotels, and other arrangements) payment only. sending the reply as "confirm the booking" or making the small amount as a token advance cannot be accepted. Sometimes for peak stage and fully loaded days bookings, we may require / request 100% advance also.
- Confirmation / Reply / Receipts - Once made the payment please wait for 24 to 72 hours to get Confirmation / Reply / Receipts. Because we confirm each and everything with manual process. so, it will take sometimes to get confirmation from hotels, tickets, and other arrangements also. However, we are asking advance after pre plan and pre check only. So, most of the advance paid bookings 99.99% confirm only.
4. Hotels Related
- a. Most of the hotels check inn time is 12 Noon only.
- b. Each and every hotels may have different rules & regulations and terms & conditions. Please follow that accordingly
- c. Please do not compare or argue with online hotel rates. because that rate is not on stable mode and non predictable. when you going to book online after fill all details you will get shocking rates also. even most of the hotels keeping different rules for online bookings. example - room category, service quality and no early check inn.
- d. due to tourism passengers practical problems like train, flight, bus early arrival time we try to provide the rooms at 8 to 9 AM only with out any extra cost. but this is purely subject to availability, at the same, this point not come under committed service.
- e. Star Category we classified as per our own standards, calculations and costings and also cost matching. actual may vary. but no major different in our star classification
4. Similar Hotels Meaning
- We will provide similar hotels for tour packages in unavoidable or rare circumstances.
- a. if guests selected hotels not available or agent’s quota not available.
- b. Rare Cases of hotelier denied giving check inn due to their occupancy / check out issues / or early arrival issues / maintenance or unexpected allocations or shortfalls.
- c. Taken long time for confirmation from guest end.
You can also suggest the hotel according to the star category with below guidance if you have any own wish.
You can compare our provided hotels or your suggested hotels with our acceptable comparison ways of trip advisor, google, MakeMyTrip, clear trip, hotels. com, goibibo, expedia, agoda, trivago and booking. com only. (Total all points of each hotel and compare and decide it)
5. Regarding food inclusions, exclusions and serving location
- Generally, 4 to 9 members dinner included in package and 10+ members lunch & dinner also included without any extra cost by default. But less than 4 member’s foods will be charged extra.
- Include: - If guest want extra food in package, per head 2 Star- Rs.300/- | 3 Star-450 | 4 Star-600 | 5 Star Rs.750/- extra charge applicable for one-time food.
- Exclude: - If guest want to exclude the food which is already available / eligible in package, per head 2 Star-Rs.200/- | 3 Star-300 | 4 Star-400 | 5 Star 500/- reduced in for one-time food. This option for more than 4 members enquiry
- Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner if included in package / plan, that will be in same hotel where ever stay given. but sometimes it may arranged outside also. because, most of the hotels don't have own restaurant & kitchen also. some hotels rooms may particularly good. but food option may not up to the mark. sometime some hotels deny serving some requirements. but mostly we given dinner also same hotel only where stay given.
7. Cancellation policy
- Cancellation charges – between 0 to 72 hours 100% (no refund) | 72 hours to 168 Hrs (1 Week) -50% | 1 week to 15 Days - 40% | 15 days to 45 days - 25% | between 46 days to any days -15%.
- Postpone / prepone will not accrue any cancellation charges.
- Pandemic / epidemic reasoned cancellation will be changed as re-usable and transferable credit only. No refund entertained.
8. Refund Process for direct client
- all cancelled bookings refund will be processed within 21 to 45 days of booking date. no spot payment paid. Sometimes the period of refund will take 45 to 90 days also some unavoidable circumstances.
9. Refund Process for Travel Agents
- all cancelled bookings will not be refunded for agents in any how and any circumstances. That will be changed as re-usable and transferable credit only to / for adjusted future bookings only. if you do not have any future booking you can pass / transfer the credit to any other agent(s). but refund is impossible for agents.
